Description: NEW Workout Program! hunterchiltonfitness.com Hi guys! Here is a lower body workout with the main goal of emphasizing the glutes as much as possible with every exercise! A majority of lower body exercises will recruit more than just the glutes but are still extremely important to include in your training when it comes to overall glute development and strength. In this workout I am sharing some ways I like to approach workouts where I am targeting the lower body but want to prioritize my glutes as much as possible! If you noticed, I switched things up with how I wrote this workout to challenge my glutes in a new way and do something different from my standard glute days. Here we are focusing the first portion of the workout challenging our glute strength in the lengthened position and then ending with focus on the shortened position. It's important to work them in both ways and switch things up from time to time! Enjoy!
